普通高中选课制困境与对策研究

The Difficulties of the Course Selection System in General High School and Countermeasures

2014年浙江、上海两地正式启动新高考改革试点,随即改革的步伐在全国各省市不断跟进,其中选课制的设置成为本次改革的一大亮点,并在实践中彰显出其优越性。然而,选课制在推行的过程中凸显出一些问题与矛盾:学生选课难以组合,学生学习压力未减反增,考试竞争不够合理,学生管理难度加大。要切实解决这些问题,就必须寻求合理有效的对策:编制选课手册,导师跟踪选课指导;推迟选考时间,减少考试次数;完善评价机制,实施过程评价;实行动静管理,打造班级文化。

In 2014,the new college entrance examination reform pilot was officially launched in Zhejiang and Shanghai,and the pace of reform wasfollowed up in all the provinces and cities throughout the country. The setting of course selection has become a bright spot in this reform,and its advantages are shown in practice. However,the course selection system has highlighted some problems and contradictions in the process of implementation: it is difficult for students to choose classes,the pressure of learning is not decreasing,the competition is not reasonable,and the difficulty of student management is increased. In order to solve these problems,we must seek reasonable and effective countermeasures: compile the course selection manual,guide the tutor,delay the examination time,reduce the number of exams,improve the evaluation mechanism,adopt real-time dynamic management,carry out dynamic shift and build class culture.
