新疆能源结构、能源效率和经济增长关系研究

The Research on Energy Structure,Energy Efficiency and Economic Growth of Xinjiang

本文采用DEA模型的Malmquist指数方法测算了新疆2005-2015年15地州市的全要素能源效率值,运用面板数据对新疆全要素能源效率的影响因素进行了探讨,最后分别从短期和长期研究了新疆能源结构、能源效率与经济增长的关系,结果表明:2005-2015年,新疆整体的全要素能源效率比较低,产业结构调整、技术进步以及政府影响力对改善能源效率卓有成效;短期中,能源消费结构、能源效率阻碍经济增长,但长期将促进经济增长。

First, using the Malmquist index method of DEA model to measure the total factor energy efficiency value of Xinjiang from 2005 to 2015. Then , discussing the influence factors of the energy efficiency of Xnjiang by using panel da- ta. Finally, studying the relationship between energy structure, energy efficiency and economic growth of Xinjiang in the short and long term. The results show that： from 2005 to 2015, the overall energy efficiency of Xinjiang is relatively low, and the industrial structure adjustment, technological progress and government influence are effective in improving energy efficiency. In the short term, the energy consumption structure and energy efficiency impede economic growth, but they will promote economic growth in the long run.
