高等职业教育质量标准体系的基本框架主要包括学术标准、保证标准和评价标准。新时代高等职业教育专业教学质量国家标准建设策略包括:一是坚持学生中心和成果导向,突出核心学术标准,增强专业教学质量目标引导能力;二是坚持教师核心和条件基石,突出核心保证标准,增强专业教学质量保证基础能力;三是坚持特色自主和质量监控,突出核心评价标准,增强专业教学质量持续改进能力;四是坚持标准为基和使用为要,突出实施培训督查,增强专业人才培养方案适应能力。
