摘要
OECD国家现代化水平较高、教育水平居于世界前列,故将其作为我国职业教育与"世界水平"进行比较的参照系。依据OECD国家教育发展水平衡量指数,以规模、结构、质量、投入、保障、机会等为基本维度,建立指标体系进行比较。结果显示,当前我国职业教育发展水平总体处于OECD国家的中等层次,但呈现出快速成长性和追赶性,高等职业教育的增长空间较大,并且需要加快向终身教育转型。
OECD countries have a high level of modernization and their education ranks among the top in the world. The development data of vocational education in OECD countries are selected as reference system to compare the modernization development level of vocational education in China from six aspects, including size, structure, quality, investment, guarantee and opportunity. The international comparison analysis of vocational education in 25 selected OECD member states and partner countries was conducted by constructing and adopting the international comparison index system of vocational education. The results showed that although China's vocational education was generally in the middle level of OECD countries, it showed rapid growth and catch-up. The data also show that China's higher vocational education has a large growth space, which requires multiple ways to accelerate its transformation toward lifelong education.
