吉林省应用型转型试点高校现状比较与发展路径研究

Comparison Research on Status Quo of Applied Transformational Pilot Universities and Development Path in Jilin Province

以吉林省8所首批应用型整体转型试点高校为样本,从办学基本条件、专业结构、师资队伍、实习实训、校企合作与产教融合五方面作比较,发现转型高校有专业体系存在结构性矛盾,需要进一步调整和优化;"双师型"教师数量不够,培养手段有待进一步丰富;校企合作高度有待提升,产教融合有待进一步深入;专业教育与职业标准结合不够紧密,学生职业素质有待进一步提升等问题。提出整合实践教学资源,打造开放充分、运作高效的实践平台;加大"外引内培"力度,抓好"双师双能型"队伍建设;拓展校企合作广度深度,创新合作方式和融合机制;强化职业素质教育与训练,贯穿人才培养过程始终的试点高校改革发展路径。

Through comparative analysis on 8 first pilot applied universities as samples in Jilin Province from five aspects of school-running conditions, specialty structure, teaching staff, practical training, school-enterprise cooperation as well as production-education integration, it is found that there are structural contradiction in the specialty system of transformation universities that need to be further adjusted and optimized; The number of ＂dual-quality＂ teachers is not enough, and the training methods need to be further enriched; The level of school-enterprise cooperation needs to be improved, and the integration of industry and education needs to be further deepened; The combination of professional education and vocational standards is not close enough, and students＇ professional quality needs to be further improved. Based on that, it is put forward to integrate the practical teaching resources to create an open and fully operational efficient practical platform, intensify the efforts of ＂external guidance and internal training＂ and focus on the construction of a ＂dual teacher and dual ability＂ team, expand the scope and depth of school-enterprise cooperation, and innovate the cooperation mode and integration mechanism, as well as enhance the reform and development pathway for pilot universities that emphasizes education and training for vocational quality running through talent cultivation process.
