摘要
优化出适用于洼60断块水平井的防砂筛管,满足该区块水平井防砂需求。通过对该区块岩样分析,利用筛管模拟实验系统进行筛管优选,确定适合的筛管种类。优选出的水平井防砂筛管经过现场应用,油井生产正常,井口不出砂。利用该试验方法及装置,成功优选出适用于出砂区块的防砂筛管,对稠油油藏的防砂具有指导意义,具有广阔的推广前景。
Based on the analysis of rock samples in this block, the type of the sand-control screen tube suitable for the horizontal wells in Wa 60 fault block is optimized by screen tube simulation experiment system. Field application shows that the production of the horizontal oil wells to use the optimized sand-control screen pipe is normal and the wellhead does not sanding. To optimize the type of the sand-control screen tube suitable for sanding block by using the experimental device and method has guiding significance for the sand control in heavy oil reservoirs, and has broad prospects for popularization.
