摘要
分析了我国城镇燃气管网完整性管理现状,总结出城镇燃气管网完整性管理框架模式,建立了完整性管理系统展示平台。在完整性实施过程中,分别从组织保障、预防性管理、数据保管制度、影响因素方面做了重点分析;在燃气管网评价过程中,对威胁因素特点、不同燃气公司情况、高后果区域特点、评价法选取4个方面给出了管理研究相关建议,以节省资源、延长管道及设备使用寿命。
The status of urban gas pipeline integrity management in China is analyzed, and the framework of urban gas pipeline integrity management mode is summarized, and the display platform of integrity management system is given. In the implementation process of integrity management, the emphasis is placed on organizational guarantee, preventive management, data storage system and influencing factors. In the evaluation process of gas pipeline network, some suggestions are put forward according to the characteristics of the threat factors, the conditions of different gas companies, the characteristics of the high consequence areas and the selection of evaluation methods, in order to save resources and prolong the service life of pipelines and equipment.
