李振华运用柴胡桂枝干姜汤验案举隅

LI Zhenhua’s Clinical Appliation about Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction

李振华教授在研究张仲景脾胃病学说的基础上,结合临床经验,对柴胡桂枝干姜汤的病机进行了系统的分析,认为其病机为少阳邪热未解兼太阴虚寒。并以本方为加减广泛用于治疗上热下寒证的脾胃系统疾病,获效颇丰。

Based on the research of the gastroepidemiology of ZHANG Zhongjing and the clinical experierce,Professor LI Zhenhua made a systematic analysis of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction. It is believed that the pathogensis is Shaoyang syndrome and Taiyin deficient cold. Minor adaption of this prescirption also has been widely used in many treatments of spleen and stomach diseases caused by upper heat and lower cold,and has gained great effects.
