This research is based on the origin and development of spleen visceral manifestation. By analyzing the common effect of ancient environment,natural science and medical practice on the formation of visceral manifestation theory,the origin,mode as well as development of original thinking of spleen visceral manifestation theory are deeply revealed. This paper aims to provide gist for innovating spleen visceral manifestation theory.
