通过数据整理及大量临床实践应用发现,在气血互生互化的网络系统中脾为统帅发挥重要作用,以脾气为原始推动力,维系气血正常运行,形成中焦脾土的核心价值,突出脾脏在五行乃至机体中的重要地位,佐证了＂脾主运化、统血＂脾脏象理论的理论内涵和实践意义,旨在推广脾研究的实际应用价值,为临床皮肤病治疗提供更多的治疗思路。

The spleen is an important role in the interaction network system of Qi and blood according to data collation and clinical practice. Spleen-Qi as an original force is to maintain the normal function of Qi and blood,and to form the core value of Spleen-Tu in middle energizer. This study highlights the importance of the spleen in the five elements and the body,and demonstrates that the theoretical connotation and practical significance of spleen viscera-state theory is spleen dominating transportation and transformation,and spleen controlling blood. The purpose of this study is to promote the practical application of spleen research and provide more methods for clinical treatment.
