中药治疗配合感觉统合训练治疗儿童多动症的有效性

Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Sensory Integration Training in Treatment of Children with Hyperactivity

目的：观察和分析中药治疗配合感觉统合训练治疗儿童多动症的有效性。方法：随机选取本院2016年12月—2017年12月收治的儿童多动症患者共88例,作为本次研究观察的主要对象,对这些患儿实施随机分组处理,将患儿分为研究组和对比组两组,每组多动症患儿共44例,在对两组患者实施治疗的时候,对比组患儿进行感觉统合训练实施治疗,研究组患儿在对比组患儿治疗的基础上对患儿进行中药汤剂治疗,对两组患儿治疗的效果加以观察和对比分析。结果：治疗之后,研究组患儿治疗痊愈比例为32.2%,显效比例为41.3%,有效比例为23.2%,无效比例为3.2%,研究组的治疗总有效率为96.8%。对比组治疗痊愈比例为29.0%,显效比例为19.4%,治疗有效比例为22.9%,无效比例为19.7%,对比组的治疗总有效率为70.3%。研究组的治疗效果明显要比对比组明显,其对比有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：儿童多动症疾病在进行治疗的时候,单一的感觉统合训练治疗方式的治疗效果相对不够显著,而使用中药治疗的方式配合感觉统合训练的方式对多动症患儿加以治疗的时候,其治疗效果比较突出,这一治疗方式的见效也比较快,属于对儿童多动症疾病加以治疗比较理想的治疗方式。

Objective：To observe and analyze the effectiveness of Chinese medicine therapy combined with sensory integration training in the treatment of children＇ s hyperactivity. Methods：In our hospital from December 2016-December 2017,88 ADHD patients,as the main objects of this study,were divided into study group and contrast group,each group 44 cases. in the implementation of the treatment time of two group of patients,mainly on the contrast group with sensory integration training to implement treatment methods to implement the treatment,treatment time of study group,which is based on comparison group on the treatment for children with traditional Chinese medicine decoction treatment,observation and comparative analysis to the two groups of children with treatment effect. Results：After treatment,the study group＇s cured ratio was 32. 2%,obviously effective rate 41. 3%,and the effective rate 23. 2% and the invalid rate 3. 2%. The study group＇s total efficiency was 96. 8%. The contrast group＇s cured ratio was 29%,obviously effective rate 19. 4%,effective rate 22. 9%,and the invalid rate 19. 7%. Compared with the total effective rate 70. 3% in thecontrast group,the treatment group＇ s effect was clearly obvious and there was a statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：For children with ADHD,treatment of sensory integration training is relatively not obvious,and the use of Chinese medicine treatment methods with sensory integration training way has prominent and faster therapeutic effect,being the ideal treatment.
