川芎茶调散加减联合加巴喷丁治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效以及对患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Chuanxiong Tea Combined with Gabapentin in Treating Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia and Its Effect on Sleep Quality

目的：研究川芎茶调散加减联合加巴喷丁治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效和安全性,并分析其对睡眠质量的影响。方法：将2015年1月—2018年1月的86例原发性三叉神经痛随机分成两组,治疗组采用川芎茶调散加减联合加巴喷丁治疗,对照组采用加巴喷丁治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度、睡眠质量以及不良反应等。结果：治疗组与对照组治疗后的临床总有效率分别为93.02%以及76.74%,治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）;治疗后7 d、14 d,治疗组的VAS评分、PSQI评分均明显的低于对照组,比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：川芎茶调散加减联合加巴喷丁缓解了原发性三叉神经痛患者的疼痛程度,改善了睡眠,临床疗效好,安全性高。

Objective：To study the curative effect and safety of Chuanxiong Tea combined with gabapentin in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia and analyze its effect on sleep quality. Methods：Eighty-six patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia between January 2015 and January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Chuanxiong Tea and gabapentin,and the control group with gabapentin. The clinical efficacy as well as the degree of pain,quality of sleep and adverse reactions was compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group after treatment were 93. 02% and 76. 74%,respectively. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The VAS scores and PSQI scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group on 7 th and 14 th day after treatment,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Chuanxiong Tea combined with gabapentin can relieve the pain and improve sleep,with better clinical efficacy and high safety in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.
