扶正祛瘀中药“理冲汤”治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Nourishing Healthy Qi and Eliminating Blood Stasis Formula Lichong Decoction for Treating Hysteromyoma

目的：观察扶正祛瘀中药＂理冲汤＂治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法：根据纳入标准选择子宫肌瘤患者60例,将其随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组30例,治疗组给予理冲汤,对照组给予米非司酮,疗程3个月,治疗前后评定子宫肌瘤患者临床症状,子宫肌瘤的体积,评估其临床综合疗效。结果：经3个月治疗后,治疗组痛经、腰酸乏力、乳房胀痛、经期、血块的症状积分及总积分显著下降（P〈0.01）,治疗组不规则出血、周期、经色的症状积分及总积分显著下降（P〈0.05）;对照组乳房胀痛、经期、经色、血块的症状积分及总积分显著下降（P〈0.05）,但不规则出血、腰酸乏力、周期的症状积分未见明显下降（P〉0.05）。另外,治疗组的痛经、腰酸乏力、乳房胀痛、血块症状积分较对照组下降更为显著（P〈0.01）;两组的肌瘤体积与治疗前相比,治疗组较对照组肌瘤的体积缩小显著（P〈0.01）;经3个月治疗后,治疗组有效率为90%,对照组有效率为76.7%,两组均有明显疗效,但两组总有效率相比,无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。在治疗前后肝功能、肾功能治疗组未见明显变化（P〉0.05）。结论：扶正祛瘀中药＂理冲汤＂可有效改善子宫肌瘤患者的临床症状,减小子宫肌瘤的体积,对患者的肝肾功能未见明显影响。扶正祛瘀中药＂理冲汤＂是治疗子宫肌瘤的有效方剂。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of nourishing healthy Qi and eliminating blood stasis formula Lichong Decoction for treating of hysteromyoma. Methods：Sixty patients were divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（ 30 cases）. The treatment group were treated with Lichong Decoction and the control group with Mifepristone. After three months＇ treatment,we assessed the clinical symptoms of uterine fibroids,and measured the volume of the hysteromyoma before and after treatment in order to evaluate the efficacy. Results：After three months＇ treatment,the symptoms including dysmenorrhea,soreness of waist,breast pain,menstrual period and blood clots point and total score points were decreased obviously in treatment group（ P〈0. 01）. The symptoms of the abnormal bleeding,menstrual period and color point and total score points were decreased obviously in treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. The symptoms including breast pain,menstrual period,color and blood clots point and total score points were decreased obviously in control group（ P〈0. 05）. However,the symptoms including abnormal bleeding,soreness of waist,and menstrual period points did not show a significant decline（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of dysmenorrhea,soreness of waist,breast pain,and blood clot symptom in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. The volume of fibroids in both groups was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. The total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 90% and that of the control group was 76. 7%. There was no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.Liver and kidney functions before and after treatment had no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The TCM syndrome was ameliorated and the myoma size was decreased by Lichong Decoction,with no significant effect on liver and renal function.Therefore,the nourishing healthy Qi and eliminating blood stasis formula Lichong Decoction is an effective kind of method for hysteromyoma patients.
