扶肾液调控慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠微炎症状态的实验研究

Study about Regulation Effects about Microinflammation of Chronic Renal Failure Rats by Fushen Liquid

目的：观察扶肾液对慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）模型大鼠微炎症状态的影响。方法：5/6肾切除法制备大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭模型,随机分为对照组、模型组及中药组,中药组以扶肾液为治疗药物。观察各组实验动物一般状态与肾功能变化,检测微炎症状态相关指标hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α表达。结果：中药组CRF模型大鼠一般状态较好,肾功能损害延缓,hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α表达下调。结论：扶肾液可有效延缓CRF大鼠肾功能损害进程,其作用机制与干预微炎症状态相关。

Objective：To observe the regulation effects about microinflammation of chronic renal failure（ CRF） rats by Fushen Liquid. Methods：CRF rats were induced by 5/6 renal excision method and divided into control group,model group and Traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） group（ treating by Fushen Liquid）. We tested and observed the changs of the general state,renal function and expressions of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α. Results：Fushen Liquid can improve the general state of CRF rats,delay the renal impairment progress and reduce the expressions of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α. Conclusion：The renal impairment progress of CRF rats can be slowed by Fushen Liquid. The therapy mechanism is related to regulating microinflammation.
