摘要
目的建立一种同时检测薄荷香精中反-2-己烯醛、α-己基肉桂醛、香豆素3种限用物质的方法。方法采用气相色谱-质谱法(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)对待测目标化合物进行定性定量分析,并对方法进行验证。结果本方法在0.001~0.100 mg/m L浓度范围线性良好,相关系数均大于0.9900;检出限为0.010μg/m L(S/N≥3)。加标回收率在87.68%到119.58%之间,精密度2.33%~8.04%。将此方法应用到不同薄荷香精样品中3种限用物质分析,结果未检测到阳性样品。结论该方法满足痕量分析检测要求,可用于薄荷香精中反-2-己烯醛、α-己基肉桂醛、香豆素的定性定量分析。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of trans-2-hexenal, α-hexylcinnamaldehyde and coumarin in peppermint flavor. Methods Qualitative and quantitative analysis were performed on the target compounds by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS), and the method was validated. Results This method had good linear relationships in the range of 0.001-0.100 mg/m L, and the correlation coefficients were larger than 0.9900. The limits of detection(LOD) were 0.010 μg/m L(S/N≥3), and the recovery rates were 87.68%-119.58% with relative standard deviations(RSDs) of 2.33%-8.04%. This method was applied to the analysis of 3 restricted substances in different menthol flavor samples, and no positive samples were detected. Conclusion The method meets the need of trace detection, which can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of trans-2-hexenal, α-hexylcinnamaldehyde and coumarin in peppermint flavor.
