针刺联合甲钴胺穴位注射治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Acupoint Injection of Mecobalamin on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy in the Elderly

目的观察针刺治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetes mellitus peripheral neuopathy,DPN)的临床疗效,为治疗该病提供方法。方法 64例老年DPN患者随机分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=30)。观察组采用针刺联合甲钴胺穴位注射治疗,对照组单用甲钴胺穴位注射治疗。治疗4周后观察TCSS评分、神经传导速度(nerve conduction velocity,NCV)和治疗有效率等指标对2组进行评价与比较。结果治疗4周后观察组TCSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),正中神经和腓总神经NCV显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗有效率明显高于对照组(91.2%vs 70.0%,P<0.05)。结论针刺联合甲钴胺穴位注射治疗老年DPN的效果优于单用甲钴胺穴位注射治疗,针刺治疗老年DPN具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN） in the elderly. Methods 64 DPN elderly were randomly divided into 2 groups： observation group（n=34） and control group（n=30）;acupuncture combined with acupoint injection of mecobalamin was made to the elderly in observation group while only acupoint injection of mecobalamin was made to the elderly in control group; 4 weeks after treatment,the TCSS scores, nerve conduction velocity（NCV） and the effective rate of treatment were assessed and a comparison was made between the 2 groups. Results 4 weeks after treatment, the TCSS scores of the elderly in observation group were significantly lower while the NCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve was much higher than those of the elderly in control group（P0.05）,and, the effective rate of treatment in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group（91.2% vs 70.0%, P0.05）. Conclusions Acupuncture combined with acupoint injection of mecobalamin is of superior effect to single acupoint injection of mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the elderly; acupuncture treatment for DPN in the elderly is of certain clinical application value.
