摘要
从博弈论视角看,学校实施创新教育改革过程中的各理性参与人均依据自身利益最大化原则而权衡、选择策略组合,使学校创新教育改革这一多阶段可观察博弈逐渐陷入劣势纳什均衡的困境。想要化解这一困境,就必须自上而下地建立合理的博弈机制,自下而上地践行高效的组织策略,全方位构建实现完美子博弈的创新教育共同体。
From the perspective of Game Theory, each rational participant will make a choice according to their own interest, which will gradually put the innovative education in school reform, a multi-stage observable game, into the dilemma of inferior Nash Equilibrium in the process of innovative education reform. To get out of the dilemma, we should establish a reasonable game mechanism from top to bottom, implement efficient organizational strategy from bottom to top, and construct innovative education communities in a well-rounded way.
