家庭教育中性别文化的剖析与优化

摘要 家庭教育是影响幼儿性别角色形成的重要因素。从性别文化的角度看,家庭教育中存在双亲参与的失衡化、教育方式的定式化、玩具选择的机械化、社会角色的"典型化"、环境布置的单一化等问题。优化家庭性别文化,丰富幼儿的性别角色,可以采用以下策略:改变传统分工,强化父亲的教育功能;跨越性别鸿沟,挖掘幼儿的多元潜能;淡化玩具区别,培养幼儿的双性爱好;慎选社会角色,深化幼儿的性别认知;采用平衡设计,淡化环境的单一影响。 Family education has an important effect on children's formation of gender roles. From the angle of gender culture, there are many problems with family education such as imbalanced participation by father and mother, stereotyped educational styles, mechanical selection of toys, typicality of social roles, and simplification of environment arrangement. To optimize family gender culture and to enrich children's gender roles, we may employ the following strategies: changing the traditional tasks to strengthen father's educational functions, crossing the gender gap to express their multiple potentials, weakening the differences in toys to develop their bi-sexual interest, prudently selecting social roles to deepen their gender knowledge, and adopting balanced design to dilute the sole influence of environment.
