学习幸福感培养:学校可持续发展的新视域

摘要 从学习与幸福以及学校教育与幸福感获得的关系中剖析当下学校教育的价值所在,以培养学生在完成学校课程所经历的过程中对学习任务和积极关系的热爱与沉浸感、对学习现状的自豪感、对未来目标的希望感,以及在此过程中产生的多重愉悦感的教育取向还原学校教育的终极目的,并从学校的课程结构、课程资源、课程内涵和课程实践等方面建构了运行机制,从而开拓出学校可持续发展的新视域。 This paper analyzes the values of current school education from the relationships between learning and happiness and between school education and happiness accomplishment to cultivate students' love and immersion for learning tasks in the process of finishing school courses, and to cultivate their sense of pride in learning situations and of hopes for the future objectives. Besides, this author helps attain the ultimate goal of school education by producing multiple senses of enjoyment. To broaden the horizon of sustainable school development, the paper proposes the functioning system from such aspects of school curriculum structure, resources, connotations and practice.
