摘要
在高考压力下,对高中教师的培训存在着同质化、应试化、形式化等问题,破解的措施包括"基地多元"和"菜单自选"。作为教师培训新基地的知名高中在承办骨干教师培训方面具有强大的磁场效应,有利于激活教师的内驱力。南京师范大学附属中学在承担江苏省高中语文骨干教师培训的过程中,以阅读项目为依托,开展力学行动,在分享、对话、体验中提升教师的专业能力。
Under the great pressure from the college entrance examinations, there exist such problems with senior middle school teacher training as convergence, examination orientation and formality. Strategies for tackling the problems are as follows: one is base diversity and the other is menu self-selection. Famous senior middle schools have a strong magnetic effect in training excellent teachers, which is conducive to triggering teacher internal drive. In the process of training good teachers in Jiangsu Province, High school Affiliated to Nanjing Normal University, based on reading projects, carries out learning activities to improve teacher's professional competence by sharing, dialogue and experiencing.
