摘要
教育科研素养是考察区域教师队伍建设水平的关键指标。基于南京市鼓楼区部分小学教师个人课题研究,在"融研于教"理念指引下的个人课题区域研训课程中采用问卷调查、跨学科课例研究、实践对话等方法,探究并提升小学教师教育科研素养,促进小学教师专业化成长。
Education research accomplishments are the key norms of examining the regional teachers' construction levels. Based on some primary school teachers' project research and under the guidance of the idea of "integrating research into teaching", this author conducts a survey by questionnaires, trans-disciplinary lesson examples, and practical dialogues to explore and promote school teachers' education research accomplishments so that their professional growth can be developed further.
