新型纹理化处治技术在江罗高速公路隧道水泥混凝土路面中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 特长隧道由于其特殊环境,一般采用水泥混凝土路面,并通常采用硬刻槽的方式进行表面纹理化施工,但通车后不久抗滑性能衰减明显,造成交通事故多发,另外特长隧道内的养护维修较困难且常规处理造价较高。为解决特长隧道路面抗滑性能及其耐久性不足的问题,在对比其技术原理、施工技术特点的基础上,提出一种新型路面纹理化的施工技术,并在江罗高速公路水泥混凝土路面中推广应用并对其施工平整度、构造深度以及噪音等相关指标进行了检测,结果表明效果较好,且有较高的经济和社会效益。 Due to its special environment,the extra long tunnel is generally made of cement concrete pavement,and the surface is textured by the hard groove. However,the anti-sliding performance is noticeably weakened shortly after opening,causing traffic accidents. Maintenance in the special tunnel is more difficult and the cost of conventional treatment is higher. To solve the problem of anti-sliding and durability of the super-long tunnel,based on the comparison of its technical principle and construction technology,a new pavement texture construction technology is proposed,which is applied in the concrete pavement of Jiangluo Expressway. The related indicators such as construction flatness,structural depth and noise were tested. The result was positive which demonstrated high economic and social benefits.
