摘要
压实作业是公路沥青路面施工过程中最重要的工序之一,沥青路面的充分压实对于保证其结构强度,避免路面发生早期损坏,提高路面使用性能具有重要意义。传统的沥青路面压实作业管理通常为事后管控,沥青路面压实质量难以控制,且施工完成后处理成本较高。为了解决这个问题,云湛高速公路在沥青路面施工过程中采用路面智能压实监控系统,将物联网的信息化管理理念引入路面施工,在压实作业中提供全过程实时监控,并及时反馈结果,实现了对路面压实过程的质量控制,为提高沥青路面压实质量提供了有力保障。
Compaction as one of the most important procedures in the asphalt pavement construction,directly influences the structural strength of the asphalt pavement. Good-quality compaction can effectively avoid the early damage of asphalt pavement and improve the performance of the pavement. The traditional asphalt pavement compaction management is usually controlled after the event. The compaction quality is difficult to control,and the post-treatment after construction is costly. In order to solve this problem,Yunzhan highway uses the "Intelligent Compaction Monitoring System " in the pavement construction,introducing the information management concept of Internet? of Things into pavement construction. The quality control of the pavement compaction process is achieved,which provides a guarantee for improving the compaction quality of the asphalt pavement.
