摘要
对同一尺寸的预切缝半圆试件采用2种试验温度(10℃、20℃)下的平行试验,通过计算荷载CMOD(裂缝尖端开口位移)曲线所围面积(即评价指标),分析老化时间、空隙率、是否掺胶粉等3种因素对沥青混合料开裂的影响。研究表明:采取SCB试验能够有效地评价沥青混凝土的抗裂性能;沥青老化时间越长,空隙率越高,沥青混凝土越易开裂;混合料中添加适量的橡胶粉能够提高其抗裂性能。
In this paper,two parallel tests using pre-cut semi-circular specimens of the same size under temperatures of 10℃ and 20℃ were conducted. To analyze the impacts of the three factors,aging time,void ratio and rubber power ratio,on the cracking of asphalt mixture,the research calculates the area under the load-deflection curve,that is. The results show that the crack resistance of asphalt concrete can be evaluated by SCB test effectively; the longer the aging time,the higher the void ratio,the more easily the asphalt concrete cracks; the addition of proper rubber powder in the mixture can improve its crack resistance.
