摘要
为解决SMA生产过程中易出现的等料、溢料问题,以免影响生产效率和造成材料浪费,采用理论分析与现场不断调试的方法,从原材料质量控制、集料分级规格与热料仓筛网配置、混合料试生产调试等多个方面进行动态控制,提出了SMA生产配合比均衡控制技术,保证了SMA混合料品质的稳定性,提高了生产效率,节约了资源。
To solve such problems as overflowing and waiting in the production process of SMA and ensure the production efficiency and control the waste,the method of the theoretical analysis and on-site debugging is adopted. The dynamic control is used in various aspects,from the quality control of the materials,the grading specification of the aggregate,the configuration of the hot bin filtering screen and the trial production of the mixture. The SMA production balance control technology ensures the quality of the SMA mixture,improves production efficiency and saves resources.
