摘要
为了避免船舶撞击跨海(河)桥梁非通航区域,提出了一种热成像预警系统和拦截设施相结合的结构性主动船舶拦截新技术,并通过模型试验研究论证,表明该技术可行。该新技术造价低,可靠性高,具有重要推广价值。
To avoid ship strikes bridges over non-navigable sea area( river),this paper proposes a new structure of active ship interception combined with the thermal imaging early warning system and intercepting facilities. Through model test and research,it shows that the technology is feasible. The new technology has a low cost,high reliability,and important promotional value.
