摘要
以新鼓山隧道下穿福州三环及机场高速公路为例,类比国内下穿高速公路工程实例,分析了下穿高速公路的主要风险。新鼓山浅埋隧道下穿高速公路时采用双侧壁导坑开挖+超前大管棚超前支护的洞内控制措施,再结合地面临时交通组织,得出在浅埋隧道下穿高速地质条件差的情况下,隧道采用合适的开挖工法、超前支护加固措施及地面交通组织等综合措施,可实现浅埋隧道安全下穿高速公路,为同类施工项目提供借鉴。
Taking the Fuzhou Third Ring Road and the Airport Expressway underpassing Xingushan tunnel as an example,the main risks of the underpass highway are analyzed,as compared with the similar domestic highway projects. When the expressway penetrates under the Xingushan Tunnel,the control measures of the double-wall guided excavation and the advanced support of the large pipe shed were used,combined with the temporary traffic control. It is concluded that to build an expressway under the shallow-buried tunnel with the poor geological condition is possible, with appropriate excavation method,advanced support reinforcement measures and ground traffic organization. It can provide a reference for similar construction projects.
