摘要
针对山体洞库砼顶油罐年久失修,存在安全隐患,需要换顶维修的情况,面对洞库内部施工作业空间狭小、原有罐壁承重能力差以及传统换顶施工方法不适用的状况,提出使用"桁架整体提升"法进行换顶施工。介绍了切割预埋钢板、增设中心支柱、布设吊升装置和制作安装罐顶的4个施工步骤以及应该注意的问题。该方法具有操作简便、节约成本、缩短工期和安全系数高等优点。
Because of long service time,the concrete-roof tank in cave depot is out of repair with a hidden danger,and needs to be repaired through roof replacement. Due to the small space of construction in the cave,and the poor bearing capacity of the original tank wall,the traditional roof replacement method is not applicable,the " integral truss lifting" method is put forward and used to implement the roof replacement for concrete-roof tank in cave depot. Four construction steps,i. e.,cutting the buried steel plate,installing the central pillar,setting up the lifting device,and manufacturing and installing tank roof,are introduced as well as the problems needing attention. The method has the advantages of simple operation,cost saving,short construction period and high safety coefficient,and can be used as reference for similar construction operations.
