摘要
针对汽车加油过程中在油箱口也易发生静电着火事故的问题,以具体的系列实验及结果,在分析了油品电导率、过滤器类型、油箱接地状态等因素对油品电荷密度、加油箱及油面电位的影响后指出:当油品电导率大于标准规定的50pS/m时,汽车在加油站加油过程中的静电危险与油品电导率、过滤器及卸油状态关系不大,主要与油箱和加油枪的接地状态有关,油箱内的静电主要是加油枪喷溅油品所致,提出了汽车加油过程防止静电危害的措施。
In order to solve the problem of prone ig-nition accident caused by electrostatic at the opening of fuel tank,the effects of electrical conductivity,filter type and fuel tank grounding state on the charge density of oil products,fuel tank and oil surface potential are analyzed by a series of experiments in gas station. The results show that when the electrical conductivity of gasoline is greater than the standard 50 pS/m,the electrostatic danger is not closely related to the electrical conductivity,the filter and the unloading state,but it is mainly related to the grounding state of the fuel tank and the refueling gun,and the static electricity in fuel tank is mainly caused by the spatter of refueling gun. The measures to prevent electrostatic hazards in refueling process are put forward.
