摘要
针对成品油储罐机械化清洗作业过程中存在的火灾爆炸、中毒、窒息等危害因素及风险,从设备设施安全、工艺安全处理、油气浓度监控、现场防火防爆以及人员防护等方面提出了相应的防范措施,要求清除作业过程风险,保障清罐作业安全。
According to the hazard factors and risks of fire,explosion,poisoning and asphyxiation in the process of mechanized cleaning of the oil product tank,the corresponding measures are put forward from the aspects of equipment and facilities safety,process safety treatment,oil vapor concentration monitoring,field fire protection and explosion protection,and personnel protection,which can provide reference for the safe operation of mechanized cleaning of the oil product tank.
