关于地方综合性大学建设一流专业的思考与认识——以延安大学省级一流专业“汉语言文学”为例

Reflections on the Construction of First-class Specialty in Local Comprehensive Universities——Taking“Chinese Language and Literature”the Provincial First-class Specialty of Yan'an University as an Example

地处革命老区的延安大学是一所典型的地方综合性大学,文学院是该校文科院系中历史悠久并具有良好办学声誉的院系之一,其汉语言文学专业近年相继获批陕西省特色专业、国家级特色专业、陕西省"一流专业"建设项目,取得了一些成绩,但是也面临着学生就业压力增大、远离省会、人才流失、办学资金匮乏等不利因素。若想在汉语言文学专业林立的高校中办出自己的优势与特色,真正把汉语言文学专业建成一流专业,就必须认清制约专业建设与发展的瓶颈并找出解决困境的办法,以延安精神办学育人凸显自身特色是非常重要的。

Yan＇an University,located in the old revolutionary district,is a typical local comprehensive university. The College of Arts is one of the schools with a long history and good reputation for running a school. In recent years,its Chinese language and literature major has been awarded the construction project of Shaanxi characteristic specialty,national characteristic specialty and Shaanxi first-class specialty. Some achievements have been made,but also faced with the increasing pressure of employment of students,away from the provincial capital,brain drain,lack of funds for running school and other unfavorable factors. How to establish its own advantages and characteristics among colleges and universities with Chinese language and literature major？And how to truly build its Chinese language and literature major into first-class major？We need to recognize the bottlenecks that restrict our professional construction and development and find out the way to solve the dilemma. It is very important to educate people and build school with Yan＇an spirit and highlight its own characteristics.
