摘要
目前,翻转课堂环境下大学英语教师教学主导性研究的理论基础主要是以西方的建构主义、人本主义和社会交互理论为主。借鉴中国最古老的教育专著《学记》关于教学成功四要素"豫、时、孙、摩",本文认为翻转课堂环境下大学英语教师教学主导性主要体现在四个方面:预判学生不良学习行为、科学组合教学诸要素、设计递进式教学程序和营造学生相观而善的学习环境。
Extant studies on the teacher's leading role in college English flipped classroom instruction are typically based on such theories as constructivism,humanism and social interaction. This paper,with reference to the four decisive factors of successful teaching—"prevention,timeliness,order and interaction"—of the ancient Chinese educational monograph On Learning,argues that the teacher's leading role in College English flipped classroom instruction manifests itself in the following four aspects:the proactive interference in students' undesirable learning behavior,the optimized combination of the various elements of instruction,the design of a progressive instruction plan,and the creation of an interactive learning environment.
