摘要
2-萘酚生产废液中含有多种有机化合物,直接排放会造成环境污染及资源浪费。为了保护环境,同时利用废液中的有机物资源,提出利用2-萘酚生产废液制备水泥减水剂的路线。实验测定了不同工艺条件对水泥净浆流动度的影响,得出合成萘磺酸甲醛缩合物的最优工艺条件为:总酸度为31%,甲醛进料温度85℃,甲醛与萘磺酸的摩尔比为1,缩合温度为115℃,缩合时间为5 h。
The untreated 2-naphthol production wastewater has been criticized for serious pollution and waste. In order to protect the environment and use the organic resources, provided a 2-naphthol production wastewater treatment process. Using 2-naphthol industrial waste liquid(black liquor) as raw material preparing cement water reducing agent, the different process conditions on the fluidity of cement paste were investigated, the optimal parameters for synthesis of the naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensation compound were presented. The optimal parameters are: total acidity of sulfuric acid is 31%, inlet temperature of formaldehyde is 85 ℃, molar ratio of formaldehyde to naphthalene sulfonic acid is 1 ∶1, condensation temperature is 115 ℃,conden-sation time is 5 h.
