炭龄对臭氧-活性炭工艺去除水中污染物的影响

摘要 采用臭氧-生物活性炭工艺,分别选取新炭、一年炭及三年炭,考察臭氧投加量及炭龄对污染物去除效果的影响。结果表明,臭氧投加量为1.0 mg/L时,三种炭龄活性炭在工艺运行过程中对有机物具有较好的去除效果,新炭对有机物的去除效果明显优于一年炭和三年炭,CODMn和UV254去除率分别达54%和69%;一年炭去除效果略高于三年炭;三种炭对于NH4+-N的去除效果都很好,新炭处理效果最优;出水中污染物浓度满足饮用水水质标准要求。 Ozonation-biological activated carbon(O3-BAC) process was used in this study. Three kinds of activated carbons, including new carbon, 1-year carbon and 3-year carbon were used in the BAC unit. The results showed that the ozone dosage was confirmed to be 1.0 mg/L. The O3-BAC process in the presence of the abovementioned three kinds carbon can all remove organic pollutant from water effectively. The quality of effluent from the new carbon filter was the best,with the CODMnand UV254 removal efficiencies of 54% and 69%, respectively. The O3-BAC process was effective on the removal of nitrogen, and the nitrogen concentration in the effluents of the new carbon filter was the lowest. The concentrations of the pollutants in the effluents of the O3-BAC process in the presence of all three kinds of carbons can meet the local control standards.
