玻璃注射器-自动进样气相色谱法测定非甲烷总烃 被引量:4

摘要 比较了手动进样与自动进样分析非甲烷总烃(NMHCs)的结果,确立了采用玻璃注射器采样-气体自动进样系统双柱单检测器气相色谱法对NMHCs进行测定。结果表明:自动进样保证了进样的一致性,一次可连续自动分析多个样品,自带反吹清洗技术有效地避免了样品间的交叉污染,提高了气体中NMHCs的分析效率、准确度和精密度;所建立的方法能够准确测量气体中的甲烷和总烃,标准曲线的线性关系>0.999 91,甲烷、总烃和NMHCs的方法检出限为0.02 mg/m3、0.04 mg/m3和0.03 mg/m3。 The article analyzed the results of non-methane hydrocarbons(NMHCs) determined by traditional manual injection and automatic sampling, and established the method for the determination of NMHCs in gas by gas-chromatography with a glass syringe sampling, gas-autosampler,two-column and single flame ionization detector(FID). The results showed that the method was reliable. The gas-autosampler had high consistency of injection, and could determine multiple gas samples automatically and continuously, the internal back blowing cleaning technology effectively avoid cross contamination among samples, which could greatly improve the efficiency, accuracy and precision of NMHCs analysis. The method can accurately measure methane and total hydrocarbons in the gas, the linear correlation coefficient of standard curve was lager than 0.999 91, the method detection limits of methane, total hydrocarbons and NMHCs were 0.02 mg/m3, 0.04 mg/m3 and 0.03 mg/m3 respectively.
