基于聚类分析模型的宜居城市评价体系建立与实证分析

Establishment and Empirical Analysis of Livable City Evaluation System Based on Cluster Analysis Model

针对宜居城市评价体系的建立,运用MATLAB、EXCEL等统计软件,使用聚类分析法和模糊综合评价法建立宜居城市评价的数学模型,利用灰色关联度模型找出会对宜居城市排名产生显著影响的评价指标,并对淮海经济区内的8个城市(宿迁、连云港、宿州、商丘、济宁、枣庄、徐州、淮北)进行合理性研究,进行宜居城市排名的实证分析.利用评价模型和实证分析结果可以有针对性地给出进一步提高城市宜居水平的政策建议.

To establish evaluation system of livable city,we used MATLAB and EXCEL statistical softwares and employed cluster analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish mathematical model of livable city evaluation,and then used grey relational model to find out will have a significant impact on the livable city ranking evaluation index. We choose the 8 city data of Huaihai Economic Zone（ in Suqian,Lianyungang,Suzhou,Shangqiu,Jining,Zaozhuang,Xuzhou,Huaibei） in this research and then make empirical analysis of livable city ranking. By using the evaluation model and the results of the empirical analysis,we give some policy suggestions to improve the livable level of the city.
