二次同步电压阳极氧化法制备TiO_2纳米管的研究

摘要 论文研究了在钛金属薄片上采用电化学二次阳极氧化法制备出直径约为40 nm的TiO_2纳米管阵列.样品分别采用二次同步电压法和二次非同步电压法制备,并用电流加以控制.最后用扫描电镜扫描拍摄其微结构.结果发现采用二次阳极氧化法制备的纳米管阵列管状结构均为明显.此外,采用二次同步电压法制备的薄膜表面更是呈孔洞状结构,且更加平整. This paper presented The TiO_2 nanotube arrays( NTAs) about diameter 40 nm which was prepared by electrochemically second anodization based on the titanium foil. The preparation process was under the same and various voltage than before respectively,and it controlled by the current. Finally,the microstructure of the samples was characterized by scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The results showed that all the tubular structure of TiO_2 NTAs prepared by second anodization was very obviously. Furthermore,the surface of that film prepared under same voltage had a pore-like structure,and more smoothly as well.
