传统武术桩功促进人体平衡能力的经验性理论探析

摘要 目的:从古代传统武术传习者的经验总结、当今传统武术传习者的实践检验、传统武术促进人体平衡能力的经验理论浅析三方面来探讨传统武术桩功能够促进人体平衡能力提高的经验性理论.方法:通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、理论分析法、逻辑归纳法等科研方法来进行分析和探讨.结果:由于传统武术技击本质属性的需求,传统武术桩功体系中静功的站桩功作为传统武术桩功的主要练习形式传习了下来;从古代传统武术传习者的习武经验中得出,传统武术桩功的练习是为了获得"有如桩之栽于地中的效果"的超常平衡能力;从当今传统武术传习者的实践检验来看,传统武术桩功练习是武术练习者为了提高其在套路运动、搏击实战中身体平衡能力的重要途径和方法;传统武术桩功可以提高前庭系统的稳定性、肌肉本体感觉的敏感性和大脑皮层的分析综合功能,可以提高腿部力量和躯干核心力量.结论:从传统的经验性理论分析、归纳和总结,通过传统武术桩功的练习,能非常显著的提升人体的平衡能力. Objection: To explore an empirical theory that traditional martial arts pile work can promote the improvement of human body balance ability from three aspects: the experience of ancient martial arts practitioners,the practice test of modern martial arts practitioners,and the experience theory of traditional martial arts to promote human body balance ability. METHODS: Through the methods of literature,expert interview,theoretical analysis,logical induction,and so on,the analysis and discussion were carried out. RESULTS: Due to the demand of the essential attributes of traditional martial arts technique and attack,the standing pile work of static work in the traditional martial arts pile work system was passed down as the main practice form of traditional martial arts pile work.From the martial arts experience of ancient traditional martial arts practitioners,it is concluded that the practice of traditional martial arts pile work is to obtain an extraordinary balance ability that is " like the effect of piling into the ground"; According to the practice test of the traditional martial arts practitioners,the traditional martial arts pile practice is an important way and method for martial arts practitioners to improve their physical balance ability in routine sports and fighting actual combat. Traditional martial arts pile work can improve the stability of the vestibular system,the sensitivity of muscle body sensation and the comprehensive function of cerebral cortex analysis,and can improve the leg strength and the core force of the trunk. Conclusion: the analysis,induction and summary from the traditional empirical theory,through the practice of the traditional martial arts pile work,can greatly improve the balance ability of the human body.
