协同发展网络引擎应具备极高的专业水平、良好的组织声誉以及占据优越的网络位置,其驱动类型主要有互联互惜协同走强型、科技中小微企业聚焦型、消费终端企业拉动型、龙头企业主导辐射型以及政府主导型等。不同类型的网络引擎型态各异,实践效果也千差万别,为取得有效的协同效应,须加强培育,主要有三种培育途径,即自主培育、行业培育、政府培育,三种方式可以单独进行,也可结合并举。
