摘要
研究了采用石墨消解仪替代油浴锅消解容量法测定土壤有机质,确定了石墨消解最佳消解时间,获得了满意的分析结果。方法检出限为0.05 g/kg,准确度满足要求,精密度为1.07%~2.15%。
The determination of soil organic matter by graphite digestion apparatus instead of oil bath was studied.The optimum digestion time of graphite digestion apparatus was determined,and the satisfactory results were ob-tained. The detection limit is 0.05 g / kg,the accuracy is satisfied with requirements,and the precision is 1.07（）2.15（.
