冲牙器对替牙期儿童牙菌斑及牙龈炎抑制效果的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察冲牙器对替牙期儿童牙菌斑及牙龈炎抑制效果的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月~2018年1月收治的60例替牙期牙龈炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(20例)、牙线组(20例)和冲牙器组(20例)。对照组采用BASS刷牙方法,牙线组在BASS刷牙的基础上使用儿童牙线棒,冲牙器组在牙线组基础上使用冲牙器。比较三组患儿牙面光洁术治疗前及治疗后14、30、60 d的牙龈指数(GI)与Quigley-Hein菌斑指数(QPI)值。结果三组治疗前的GI值、QPI值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组治疗后14、30、60 d的GI值、QPI值均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);冲牙器组治疗后14、30、60 d的GI值、QPI值显著低于对照组及牙线组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冲牙器应用于替牙期儿童可有效发挥对牙菌斑及牙龈炎的抑制作用。 Objective To observe the influence of oral irrigator on dental plaque and inhibition effect of gingivitis for children in tooth replacement period. Methods A total of 60 children with gingivitis in tooth replacement period treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as study objects. The children were divided into the control group(n=20), dental floss group(n =20) and oral irrigator group(n =20) according to the random number table method. The control group was given the method of brushing teeth by BASS, the dental floss group were given the children′s dental floss pick on the basis of the method of brushing teeth by BASS, and the oral irrigator group was given the oral irrigator on the basis of the dental floss group. The gingival index(GI) and Quigley-Hein plaque index(QPI)were compared before treatment and after 14, 30, and 60 d treatment among the three groups. Results There was no significant difference in the GI value and QPI value before treatment between the three groups(P〈0.05). The GI value and QPI value of after 14, 30, 60 d treatment in the three groups were all obviously lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05), and the GI value and QPI value of after 14, 30, 60 d treatment were lower than those of the control group and dental floss group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The oral irrigator applied in children in tooth replacement period can effectively play the inhibitory action for dental plaque and gingivitis.
