摘要
以Na Cl O3和盐酸之间的反应为研究对象,考察了二氧化氯制备过程中反应温度和反应时间两个因素对与氯酸盐控制相关的Na Cl O3残留率、Cl O2收率、有效氯收率,以及二氧化氯消毒液中反应残留的氯酸钠和有效氯的质量比(η)的影响。研究发现,提高反应温度和延长反应时间,均可提高Na Cl O3转化率、提高Cl O2收率、提高有效氯收率,且降低η,从而大幅降低Na Cl O3的残留率。
This paper introduces the reaction betwveen NaCIO% and hydrochloric acid investigating the effects of reaction temperature and reaction time in the process of preparing chlorine dioxide on chlorate control-related NaCIO2 residual rate, ClO2 yield and the yield of available chlorine,as well as mass ratio( η) of residual sodium chlorate to available chlorine in the sult shows rasing reaction temperature and lngtliening reaction time can increase the convrsion rate of NaCIO%effective chlorine,reduce thevalueof η Therefore,residual rate of NaCIO2 can begreatly reduced.
