摘要
以凹土为主要原材料,复合烟煤制备一种配比简单、易制作的陶粒生物填料。该填料强度高,易挂膜,可广泛应用于生活污水处理工艺段,兼吸附与强化脱氮功能。在处理生活污水的应用中,填料挂膜快,挂膜稳定后系统对CODCr、NH3-N、TP、TN的去除率分别为77%、98%、32%、68%。研究亦表明,形成的生物膜具有立体结构,可以通过内外交替厌氧-缺氧-好氧环境完成TN的去除,从而强化系统的脱氮能力。该填料与市售陶粒对比研究结果表明,二者对CODCr、NH3-N去除率差别不大,而填料对TP、TN的去除率明显优于市售陶粒,分别为85%和71.9%。
A ceranfic biological denitrification packings with higher crushing strength was prepared from attapulgite and carbon, which could be applied in domestic wastewater treatment with high efficiency of adsorption and nitrogen removal. The preparation process and raw material ratio of this complex packings were easy and simple. The application of biological complex packings showed that removal rate of CODcr, ammonium nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen were 77%, 98%, 32% and 68%, respectively. Complex packings formed stereoehenfieal structure biofilm quickly. Alternating environments among anaerobie-anoxie-aerobie attached on packings re- moved total nitrogen effectively. Operational performance between denitrifieation packings and eeramsite showed that removal rate of CODcrand ammonia nitrogen was not significant, and total phosphorus and total nitrogen removal rate of denitrifieation medium were 85% and 71.9%, respectively.
