摘要
为延缓膜污染、降低运行费用以及提高脱氮除磷效能,以厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)-MBR工艺为研究对象,采用添加颗粒填料或海绵颗粒两种方式对工艺的脱氮除磷运行效能和膜污染情况进行考察。结果表明,添加海绵颗粒更有利于ABRMBR一体化工艺提高脱氮除磷效果,对CODCr、NH+4-N、TN和TP的平均去除率分别为91%、95%、88%和94%。另外,三重好氧-缺氧交替环境强化了同步硝化反硝化过程及对磷的去除,更为重要的是海绵颗粒更能有效延缓膜污染,同时不会对膜组件构成危害。
In order to slowdown membrane fouling process,reduce operational cost and improve nitrogen and phosphorus removal,theprocess of anaerobic baffled reactor ( ABR) - membrane bioreactor ( MBR) was investigated,and efficiencies of nitrogen us removal and process of membrane fouling with addition of particle packing and sponge particle were analtheefficiencies of nitrogen and phosphorus removal were improved by adding sponge particle in the MBR. Meanwhile,the process a-chieved high removal for CODc , NH+^4N,TN and TP ,with average removal efficiencies of 91%, 9 5%,The triple aerobic-anoxic alternating circumstances strengthened simultaneous nitrification and denitrification processes and phosphorusremoval. In addition,the process of membrane fouling could be more effectively slowed down by adding sponpar ticl packing. Furthermore,sponge particle would not pose hazard to membrane components.
