丁腈橡胶性能的硫化体系依赖性研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了九种硫化体系对丁腈橡胶制品力学性能、耐磨性能和耐油性能的影响。结果表明,半有效硫化体系得到的橡胶制品的综合力学性能最好,无味过氧化物硫化体系制备的橡胶制品的耐磨性最优,有味过氧化物硫化体系得到的橡胶制品的耐油性最佳。 The effects of nine vulcanization systems on the mechanical properties,wear resistance and oil resistance of NBR products were investigated. The results show that the rubber products prepared by semi effective vulcanization system have the best comprehensive mechanical performance,and the rubber products prepared by odorless peroxide curing system have the best wear resistance,while the rubber products obtained by the odorous peroxide vulcanization system have the best oil resistance.
