摘要
用Na2S、EDTA、胺三乙酸(NTA)和乙基黄原酸钾(C3H5KOS2)4种不同类型的化学稳定药剂对南京市某危险废物焚烧厂飞灰进行稳定化处理。结果表明,当添加0.4%C3H5KOS2时,对Zn的稳定化效果达到了99%,充分实现对飞灰中Zn的稳定与螯合。不同类型的药剂对危险废物焚烧飞灰稳定化处理的效果随p H值的变化存在明显的差异。在投加C3H5KOS2时,p H对Zn的浸出浓度没有显著影响;当投加NTA和Na2S时,p H值在中性时,Zn的浸出浓度最低。
Using four different kinds of chemical agents. i. e. Na2 S,EDTA,NTA and C3 H5 KOS2 to stabilize the flyash from a hazardous waste incineration plant in Nanjing. The result showed that the stabilization effect of fly ash reached to 99% by 0. 4% C3 H5 KOS2 added. The effect of different types of agents on the stabilization of hazardous waste incinerated fly ash varied with p H. The value of p H had no significant effect on the leaching concentration of Zn by C3 H5 KOS2 added. When the value of p H maintained at neutral or alkaline condition,the leaching concentration of Zn was the lowest by NTA or Na2 S added.
