绝经后原发性高血压病人血管内皮功能与血压变异性的相关性 被引量:1

Correlation between Vascular Endothelial Function and Blood Pressure Variability in Postmenopausal Patients with Essential Hypertension

摘要 目的探讨绝经后原发性高血压病人血压变异性与血管内皮功能的相关性。方法选取2015年—2016年山西医科大学第一临床医学院高血压病区住院的原发性高血压病人93例,分为绝经后组63例和绝经前组30例,分析血管舒张功能(FMD)与各因素的相关性,并以FMD为因变量进行多元线性回归分析。结果绝经后组病人年龄、FMD、24h收缩压平均实际变异(SBPARV)、日间收缩压平均实际变异(SBPday-ARV)、24h舒张压平均实际变异(DBP-ARV)、日间舒张压平均实际变异(DBPday-ARV)、夜间舒张压平均实际变异(DBPnight-ARV)与绝经前组比较差异均有统计学意义。绝经后组病人FMD与年龄、三酰甘油(TG)、尿酸(UA)、SBP-ARV、SBPday-ARV相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析后,FMD仍与SBP-ARV相关。结论绝经后原发性高血压病人FMD与收缩压变异性相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between blood pressure variability(BPV)and vascular endothelial function in postmenopausal patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods Ninety-three female inpatients with EH in the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from2015 to 2016 were enrolled into the research and divided into postmenopause-group(n =63)and premenopause-group(n =30).The correlation between flow-mediated dilation(FMD)and various factors was analyzed.The multiple linear regression analysis between FMD and other factors were performed.Results There were difference between age,FMD,24 h systolic blood pressure(SBP)average real variability(ARV)(SBP-ARV),daytime SBP ARV(SBPday-ARV),24 h diastolic blood pressure(DBP)ARV(DBP-ARV),daytime DBP ARV(DBPday-ARV)and nighttime DBP ARV(DBPnight-ARV)between postmenopausal group and premenopausal group.FMD was associated with age,triglyceride(TG),uric acid(UA),SBP-ARV,SBPdayARV.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that FMD was associated with SBP-ARV.Conclusion FMD is associated with SBPBPV in postmenopausal patients with EH,which can provide the clinical guideline for the control of blood pressure and protection of vascular endothelium.
