老年冠心病病人甲状腺功能及其中医辨证分型的回顾性研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的分析老年冠心病甲状腺功能及其中医辨证分型的关系。方法比较44例老年冠心病病人及同期住院的23例非冠心病老年病人的甲状腺功能及冠心病不同证型间的甲状腺功能。结果老年冠心病病人总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)及游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)水平均低于非冠心病病人,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);冠心病痰瘀痹阻型病人FT3水平显著低于气虚血瘀型及气阴两虚型病人,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低TT3是冠心病的危险因素;FT3水平可为冠心病中医辨证分型提供一定的临床依据。
