摘要
目的探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)应用于脑静脉血管畸形的临床诊断价值。方法选择2014年6月—2016年6月我院就诊并行SWI和磁共振成像(MRI)检查的70例脑静脉血管畸形病人,对比两种影像学检查方法的诊断效果。结果 70例病人SWI图像均提示明确的病灶,T1WI序列中发现病灶55例,T2WI序列中发现病灶59例。MRI图像呈现管状或是条形的空信号,并且只能够对有明显扩张的髓静脉、增粗的引流静脉进行较为清晰的显示。SWI则比常规MRI更能够显示扩张的髓静脉和增粗的引流静脉,并且是呈现"水母头"样的特征性表现。结论在对脑静脉血管畸形的检查中,采用SWI成像技术能够获得更清晰的图像,相比于常规的MRI检查,具有更明显的优势。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI)in cerebral venous malformations(CVM).Methods Seventy patients with CVM who were treated with parallel SWI and conventional magnetic resonance(MR)were selected from June 2014 to June 2016.The diagnostic value was compared between two imaging methods,and the advantages of SWI were analyzed.Results Of 70 patients enrolled in the study,the lesions were showed in SWI,and 55 lesions were detected in T1WI,and 59 lesions were detected in the T2WI.The MRI image presented a tubular or strip-shaped null signal and was only able to show the clearer images of dilated medullary veins and enlarged draining vein.SWI showed clearly all the lesions with dilated medullary veins and enlarged draining vein,and displayed as the characteristic feature of "caput medusae"-like.Conclusion SWI can display the clearly images of CVM,which has obvious advantages compared with conventional MRI.
