青岛特色小镇建构方法初探——以即墨温泉小镇为例

Preliminary study on the construction methods of characteristic small towns in Qingdao——Taking Jimo hot spring small towns as example

在我国特色小镇兴起与发展的背景下,对青岛即墨温泉特色小镇资源条件进行了梳理,对温泉特色小镇现状与存在问题进行了归纳.在此基础上从愿景、途径和策略三方面对小镇目标体系的建构进行了探索,再从功能体系、支撑体系和特色体系三方面对小镇结构体系的建构进行了阐释.旨在为其他特色小镇的形成与发展,在方法论层面起抛砖引玉之效.

Under the background of the rise and development of China＇s characteristic small towns,the essay sorted out the resource conditions of Jimo hot spring characteristic towns in Qingdao and summarized the status and existing problems of small towns.On this basis,construction of the township target system was explored from three perspectives：vision,approach and strategy.Then construction of the township structural system was explained from three aspects：function system,support system and characteristic system.The purpose is to set a good example for the formation and development of other characteristic towns on the methodological level.
